Many states now require that all hourly construction workers complete the OSHA 10 hour class
before they begin work, and that construction supervisors complete the OSHA 30 hour. It is conceivable that Georgia will soon follow suit. Also, all employees who are considered "Roadside or Traffic Flaggers" must complete the Georgia DOT Flagger Program and carry the authorization card on their person.
What better way to improve your safety program, than improve your safety awareness with training. Your insurance and Workers Compensation carriers will reward your improvement with lower premiums, allowing you to be more competitive, not to mention lowering your Incident and DART rates giving you the opportunity to bid high profile projects.
